- Email to let us know you would like an exchange/return
- Wait for a confirmation email from the store regarding further instructions for your returnSend all items back with a copy of your return request approval, copy of the original receipt, your email address, shipping address, and phone number

Refunds will be processed after item has been received and processed by one of our team membersAny items missing pieces or showing damage will have the full retail cost deducted from the credit

Hana Design has complied with governmental regulatory requirements by obtaining a business registration. Currently, the business is providing a service, which is sewing and alterations.

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are picked and sent to the shipping department for dispatch within 1-2 business days after the order is placed. Processing time varies on availability of product, this could take upwards of 5 business days.
Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 2 and 10 business days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time.
Shipping Fee: This applies to delivery and mobile services that are in Ottawa. Local drop off and mobile service charge will be by mileage $0.55/km. Mobile Services outside of Ottawa will be discussed during order placement.
Delivery outside of Ottawa will be determined by Canada Post cost guild.
